Arleen Arnsparger, co-author of 4genR8tns, is at work on a new book and video about the Millennial generation. From TV newscaster to senior manager, college administrator to consultant, Arleen knows about managing and communicating across the generations. She has amassed a collection of stories and best practices that she shares with humor and passion.

Arleen consults with organizations whose leaders are interested in changing the way they do business in order to increase profitability and effectiveness. She moderates web casts and hosts teleconferences; designs and conducts focus groups; and provides training in strategic communications, managing change, strengthening diverse work teams and communities, and increasing organizational effectiveness. One focus of her work is with community colleges across the country organizations that serve students and staffers who range in age from their late teens to their 90s!

Arleen has won national awards for marketing and video production and has also developed online and print toolkits designed to help managers listen to the needs and perspectives of employees, clients and customers.

Arleen is adding to her generational knowledge by observing our post-Millennial world through the eyes of her granddaughters and adult Gen X children.

Tammy Hughes has worked with Claire Raines for ten years. Tammy helps organizations select programs and resource materials that deepen and sustain learning. She delivers dynamic speeches and workshops about the generations, and heads up our Certify-the-Trainer program. Tammy has delivered training for more than twenty years throughout the U.S. and around the globe. Some of her clients include McDonalds, Proctor & Gamble, TGI Friday's, GE, BP, CB Richard Ellis, Adventist Health, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Castrol, Equity Office, and Wells Fargo. Her energy has been widely appreciated by our clients.

Dr. Susan Murphy, co-author of 4genR8tns, is a sought-after speaker and business consultant known for her wit and wisdom. Audiences everywhere appreciate her humorous style and useful techniques, as she combines research and theory with real life experiences. Her presentations on generational & gender differences have generated laughter and learning for over fifteen years.

Susan is the author of the AARP publication, Leading an Intergenerational Workforce. She has written nine books, including In the Company of Women (co-authored with Dr. Pat Heim) and the four-book leadership series Maximizing Performance Management.

Susan's advanced degrees include an M.B.A., an M.A. in Organization Development and a Ph.D. in Organizational Systems. In 2004, Vanderbilt University honored her with a Lifetime Achievement Award.

She worked as an executive in two Fortune 500 corporations and taught graduate-level courses at the University of San Francisco. Clients include Stanford University Medical School, the U.S. Air Force, Jet Propulsion Lab, NBC, Johnson & Johnson, Medical Group Management Association, U.S. Army, Shell Oil, Procter & Gamble, Kaiser Permanente, Young Presidents Organization, and Yale University. She is a member of the National Speakers Association.
