Connecting Generations – Our Way!

We chose to work with Claire Raines Associates primarily because of the many expert resources – book, game, job aid – they could put in our hands about generational diversity. Tammy Hughes, President, was icing on the cake. She worked with me to generate specific program objectives for our healthcare environment, customize application exercises, and incorporate some of our behavioral traits into the workshop materials. Tammy had a positive, energetic presence and a delivery style that kept our managers fully engaged. On the first 2 program runs, the ratings averaged 97%. We’re definitely looking forward to her return visit.

Tammy Hughes delivered a strong presentation on the importance of working with and understanding the generations around us. Her energy and enthusiasm for the subject made many of our attendees wishing the session ran longer. In just an hour, Tammy was able to tackle a difficult obstacle everyone faces in their workplace and give the audience the increased knowledge needed to be able to return to their offices confidently and feeling empowered.
